If your warranty has expired, a drop-off fee is applied. If we have the parts needed in stock, your appliance will be fixed within 24 hours. If parts need to be ordered, we contact you with their pricing and availability information.
With 4 fully stocked vans ready to be dispatched, you will receive prompt service whenever you need us. When we get to your home, we assess the problem and, if your appliance can be repaired with parts in our van, we fix it the same day.
If parts need to be ordered, we call you with their price and availability. When we return to fix your appliance with the ordered parts, you are only charged for parts and installation.
