Used Jim Bobal appliance repair to fix our dishwasher. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and us up and running quickly. The technician (Tom) was very friendly and professional and did a great job identifying and fixing the problem. Would recommend them

Tom was personable, professional, on task and expedient in replacing the defective part. Our appointment was achieved within 2 days of our initial call. I called Bobal’s today to schedule for repair of a sporadic refrigerator leak. We were scheduled for Friday (2 days). I shortly got a phone call asking if they could come today before 5 pm. Yes! Ritchie was at the house before 2 pm. He found the source of the leak & repaired it. He even helped me clean under & behind the fridge as we are unable to pull it out to do so. GREAT service. My fridge is LG and not all can service this brand. We Highly recommend Bobal’s. Lisa, in the phone was very kind & efficient, caring as well. Wonderful experience!!

This is my second time using Jim Bobal. They're the best in the business at what they do. My dryer broke, I called and had an appointment the next day. When scheduling my appointment they asked for make and model of my machine so they brought the required part kit with them to the assessment, so when they identified which part had failed they had it in hand. In less than an hour the technician had disassembled the unit identified the problem, cleaned the unit and put it back together. In less than 24 hours and for a lot less than a new machine I was up and running. This is what service and repair is supposed to be like and I can recommended with confidence to anyone in need of their service.

Recently had our refrigerator serviced. We had a good experience from the start. There was good communications throughout the service from setting up the appointment , getting an upfront cost of the service, to getting an estimated time of service, and at the end a call to let us know the technician was on their way.
